The villa was built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries on the hill of Spezzano and was completely transformed in the first half of the nineteenth century, when it became the property of the Campori marquises.
The “L-shaped” rear part, in the Gothic style, has pointed arch windows on the upper floor and mullioned windows on the ground floor.
The oval-shaped double vestibule has perspective backdrops on the stairway and grotesque decorations on the walls.
The villa was surrounded by an immense park and bordered, with a hedge, with the villa of General Massimiliano Menotti, the son of the patriot Ciro Menotti.
The villa is privately owned and not open to visitors.
